Another @GetSpectrum tweet. It’s trash. One rep said it’s a bad modem and to go to local store to exchange. Columbus store is closed permanently! Next one says it’s not the modem. Tech coming on Monday. They gave me a $20 credit tho 🙄

@GetSpectrum the worst customer service. Wife calls to cancel, rep says you can’t cancel until after the first, try to call and cancel and they said all you have to is turn in equipment. Turn in equipment and they charge another month because there is no record of wife calling.
