@Ask_Spectrum what’s going on with LA today? My mammogram at Cedars-Sinai was delayed this am b/c of your network issues. Very bad during a pandemic. Online learning for 750,000 kids starts in a month. Shore up or at least be transparent about things.

I’m starting to think @Ask_Spectrum is purposely slowing internet speeds and even forcing signal loss. It’s been happening since March and they still can’t seem to get it together. And I’m not contacting you. We’re already on hold. Just know what your company is the worst!

Another @GetSpectrum tweet. It’s trash. One rep said it’s a bad modem and to go to local store to exchange. Columbus store is closed permanently! Next one says it’s not the modem. Tech coming on Monday. They gave me a $20 credit tho 🙄

@GetSpectrum the worst customer service. Wife calls to cancel, rep says you can’t cancel until after the first, try to call and cancel and they said all you have to is turn in equipment. Turn in equipment and they charge another month because there is no record of wife calling.
