Cabaret Club Czar
Business Partners
Much like Kiryu scouting around for properties to buy, Majima has to look around Sotenbori to work on partnerships. Search the streets in the area you're working on and look for a "Look" prompt with the Confirm Button. Majima will mention the property and the amount of money it will take to partner up with them. Do so and you'll get more fans for that area. While it's smaller scale than Real Estate, it is a good source of fans to help build up the amount.
Here are all the properties you can partner with, sorted by area:
Club Mars Area -
