Asian Zing Wings Recipe & Video - Seonkyoung Longest (2)

I made cooking steps much more easier and simper. Also made with less ingredients too!

Yeah, you can thank me later! lol

You can adjust spiciness for your taste, and also if Thai chili flakes are too much for you, you can use regular red pepper flakes as well.

Seonkyoung, we made a double batch of these to take camping this weekend and sampled two. They are delicious! I admit to adding 2 tbs of chunky peanut butter to the sauce, but everything else is straight from your recipe. We have another couple joining us and I can’t wait to share your zing wings with them. I wanted to send you a photo of mine, but don’t see how to do so. We love your sense of humor and your recipes. Keep up the good work!

Am I able to substitute the mirin for anything else? Or do I have to use it in the recipe?

These were amazing! I did substitute light corn syrup for the mirin, and red chili flakes instead of Thai. I was so surprised at how delicious these were. Thank you for the recipe! Cant wait to try these on a cookout this summer.

Everyone love this wing. Made it multiple times for gathering and everyone can’t get enough of of it. For those who really like spicy wings, I added little of ghost pepper flakes from Trader Joe’s and it was a huge hit. Also use the sauce on the baked cauliflower for vegitarians and it was huge hit. Every recepie I have tried from here has been absolutely fantastic! I usually make the sesame wings for the kids and that recepie is fantastic also. Thanks for great recepies!!

I was looking through your site for chicken recipes because I know all your recipes are so good no matter what I choose, and I was tired of my usual fried chicken. I made this right now, but without Sriracha because I didn’t have any, and it was so good!! My sister had her first bite and she was like OMG THAT’S BOMB! Thank you for the recipe!!
